JOYEBELLS DESSERTS
PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your Joyebells Sweet Potato Pies & Cobblers are FRESHLY BAKED,
packaged and sold either thawed or frozen by retailer.
NON-FROZEN (PREBAKED/READY-TO-EAT) PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY!

REFRIGERATED PRODUCT IS GOOD UNTIL CONSUME BY DATE.

REHEATING

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove  pie/cobber from packaging. Reheat in aluminum pan (unless transferring to a baking dish). Place pies/cobblers on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the center of middle oven rack.

  • Sweet Potato Pies: Heat 10-15 minutes or until desired golden brown color and crust crispiness. 

  • Peach Cobblers: Heat 15-20 minutes or until desired golden brown color and crust crispiness.

 

WANT TO FREEZE YOUR LEFTOVERS?

 

Place leftovers into a zip lock bag, place a piece of wax/parchment paper on top. Remove as much air as possible and seal. Place in freezer. Follow thaw and reheat instruction when ready to eat.

 

FROZEN (PREBAKED/READY-TO-EAT) PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
STORE IN FREEZER IMMEDIATELY UNTIL READY TO CONSUME!

KEEP SWEET POTATO PIES AND COBBLERS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO SERVE. DO NOT ALLOW PIE TO THAW UNTIL READY TO SERVE.

  • Store pies and cobblers immediately in the freezer

  • Leave in packaging during storage

 

THAWING

 

Sweet Potato Pies

  • Remove your sweet potato pies from freezer and place pie container in refrigerator to thaw. PIES MUST BE THAWED IN REFRIGERATOR for temperature control to avoid bacteria growth and condensation drips. Pies take 3 hours to completely thaw.

Peach Cobblers

  • Remove your peach cobbler from freezer THE DAY BEFORE ready to consume. Place cobblers in refrigerator on flat surface to thaw. COBBLERS MUST BE THAWED IN REFRIGERATOR for temperature control and to avoid condensation drips. Cobblers take 6-8 hours to thaw.
