PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your Joyebells Sweet Potato Pies & Cobblers are FRESHLY BAKED,
packaged and sold either thawed or frozen by retailer.
THAWED (PREBAKED/READY-TO-EAT) PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY!

REFRIGERATED PRODUCT IS GOOD UNTIL CONSUME BY DATE.

REHEATING

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove pie/cobber from packaging. Place on a baking sheet. Center baking sheet on middle oven rack.

  • Sweet Potato Pies: Heat 15-20 minutes or until desired golden brown color and crust crispiness. 

  • Peach Cobblers: Heat 20-30 minutes or until desired golden brown color and crust crispiness.

 

WANT TO FREEZE YOUR LEFTOVERS?

 

Place leftovers into a zip lock bag, place a piece of wax/parchment paper on top. Remove as much air as possible and seal. Place in freezer. Follow thaw and reheat instruction when ready to eat.

 

FROZEN (PREBAKED/READY-TO-EAT) PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
STORE IN FREEZER IMMEDIATELY!

KEEP SWEET POTATO PIES AND COBBLERS FROZEN UNTIL READY TO SERVE. DO NOT ALLOW PIE TO THAW UNTIL READY TO SERVE.

  • Place pie (leave in packaging) inside zip lock bag

  • Remove air and seal tightly

  • Place in freezer

 

THAWING

 

Sweet Potato Pies

  • Remove your sweet potato pies from freezer EARLY MORNING Thanksgiving day. Place pies in refrigerator to thaw. PIES MUST BE THAWED IN REFRIGERATOR for temperature control to avoid bacteria growth. Avoid condensation drips by removing original packaging and thawing in refrigerator. Pies take 90 minutes to thaw.

Peach Cobblers

  • Remove your peach cobblers from freezer THE DAY BEFORE ready to serve. Place cobblers in refrigerator on flat surface to thaw. COBBLERS MUST BE THAWED IN REFRIGERATOR for temperature control and to avoid bacteria growth. Avoid condensation drips by removing packaging and thawing in refrigerator.) Cobblers take 6 hours to thaw.
